Ron has been counseling high net worth individuals and families, not-for-profits, and corporate clients since 1984. A veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, Ron received his bachelor’s degree with majors in both accounting and computer science from the University of Evansville. He joined Baird following a successful finance and management career in the utilities industry.

With The Hollander Group, Ron’s primary responsibility is to track financial markets and economic conditions, research financial strategies and to provide insight on portfolio construction. He is a Registered Investment Advisor Representative and completed the Securities Industry Institute®'s course of study at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1991.

Ron and Kathy, his wife of more than 60 years, have four children and 11 grandchildren. He has held leadership roles with many groups and organizations in the Greater Evansville area, including serving as board president of the Catholic Foundation of Southwest Indiana, treasurer for the United Way of Southwest Indiana and a builder and fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity. In his spare time, he competes in bike marathons and golf and pickleball tournaments, and enjoys traveling and exploring the world.

Tricia received her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, and joined Baird following a four-year career in regional sales with a Fortune 500 company. She completed the Securities Industry Institute® course of study at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2003. She is a Registered Investment Advisor Representative. She has earned Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®), Certified Financial Planner professional (CFP®) and Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA®) designations.

Tricia and her husband, Jeff, have two adult children, Nicholas and Nichole. She is actively involved in many community organizations with a focus on youth, education, and mental health. She has completed three marathons and numerous half marathons. In her spare time, she enjoys travel, hiking and the outdoors, and hopes to conquer all 2000 miles of the Appalachian Trail. On weekends, Tricia can be found at her son and daughter-in-law’s farm, feeding the chickens and gathering eggs.

Teri has enjoyed counseling high net worth individuals and families, not-for-profits, and corporate clients since 1997. Drawing on her corporate and family business experience as well as her strong appetite for continuous learning, Teri provides multi-generational clients with comprehensive wealth management advice and strategy implementation. She enjoys helping families craft sophisticated solutions to complex problems, identify and achieve their most meaningful financial goals and focus on the things they enjoy most. She joined Baird following a ten-year consulting and treasury management career in the consumer finance industry.

Teri received her bachelor’s degree from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and an MBA from the University of Evansville. She completed the Security and Industry Institute® course of study at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is a Registered Investment Advisor Representative. She has earned Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®), Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA®), and Certified Financial Planner Professional (CFP®) designations. She serves on the CPWA® Commission as well as the Ethics Board for the Investments & Wealth Institute. 

Teri is active in supporting her community with a focus on stability for youth, health and education and was honored in 2005 by the Diocese of Evansville and St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish with the Simon Brute Award for service to her parish. She and her husband, Dave, have three children, Lexi, Ian and Alex and are quickly approaching the empty nest stage of life. She has a passion for travel of all types, walking endlessly and packing as much as possible into each day. Following years of long-distance running, she now focuses on hiking the hills of the AT and the alleys and streets of the cities she visits.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Indiana and her MBA from the University of Tennessee. She is Series 7 and 66 licensed and holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.

Tawne lives on the north side of Evansville with her husband and two children, who enjoy staying active as well as learning, cooking, and traveling together.

Dianne lives with her husband, Glenn, on the west side of Evansville, and her hobbies include boating, antiquing, exercising, gardening, and collecting pottery and quilts. The CIMA® certification reflects experience, education, examination, and ethical standards.

Only one in three individuals who start the CIMA® certification process will successfully finish. Mutual Commitment Meeting

During our first meeting, we want to make sure our partnership is a good fit. We will ask questions and listen so we can get to know you and your family.
